We left Madrid today, after another stop at Chocolateria San Gines. We took a 3 hour rode to Barcelona on one of Europe's high speed trains. For 3 hours, we tore across the Spanish countryside at nearly 200 mph. Once we arrived in Barcelona, we found that the 26th of December is a public holiday, and most things are closed and the streets are empty. Today was kind of a wasted day, but we're going to have a full day of activities tomorrow.
